IDEMPIERE-4504:[JR] can't show QR code on jasper report (org/apache/batik/bridge/UserAgent) (#314) 
1. DynamicImport don't need anymore, it's done on jasper engine already
2. seem batik-11 don't exchange object org.w3c.dom.* with svg anymore, so don't need to force it (and jasper) to use "org.w3c.dom.events version 3.0.0"
with this change all batik lib use org.w3c.dom.* from jdk so jasper engine can wire to it, so can see org.apache.batik.bridge.UserAgent

change of (2) enough to resolve this issue, next time when we get it back then down org.w3c.dom.smil to 1.0.0 to get rid of "org.w3c.dom.events version 3.0.0" will help on complete that hell

Idempiere-4298:support update jdk (jdk 12 13 14) (#69) 
* IDEMPIERE-4298: remove Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment

when build by tycho value of Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment and jdt need to compatibility
in case we use Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment = 11 then can't build by jdk != 11
so stick on fix value isn't good

eclipse now also support Require-Capability, so don't need Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment anymore

* IDEMPIERE-4298:support update jdk (jdk 12 13 14)

default environment still jdk-11 but you can build for any jdk by below command

export JAVA_HOME=path to jdk
mvn verify -Djdk.version=11

in case on JAVA_HOME is jdk 14 then can set jdk.version for 11, 12, 13, 14 and same for other jdk

at moment java 14 just support on eclipse 2020-03 with install plugin

Heng Sin Low bc2d581399 1003862 Barcode type UPC A is needed for print formats going to Amazon. Added UPCA support using barcode4j. Use barcode4j instead of barbecue as I can't get decent output from barbecue, barbecue have the underline bug and barbecue is a dead project.
