Changing heap space in compilation to avoid problem

[javac] Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Following recommendations from Sun:
"
Consider setting the maximum heap size to 1/4 the total physical memory on the server and setting the minimum to 1/2 of the maximum heap
Sun recommends that ms be set to somewhere between 1/10 and 1/4 of the mx setting.
"

All types in the Libero.zip PackOut.xml can be imported if they are in the right order. I will now work on how to handle the problems that arise when elements depend on other elements that are not in the right order.

Bug introduced with new process invocation methods.
...
processClass is not forced to be a SvrProcess class, it can be also a ReportStarter one (used with Jasper Reports)
Fixed by class validation and minimal usage of reflection.
Jasper Reports as well as normal processes are now both working again.
