* Converted serverApps and webStore to OSGi war bundle
* Now both webui and webstore OSGi war bundle can be launch from eclipse, next to be converted is the admin and adempiere server monitor web application.

usrdno 4b76addfa3 Enabled Jasper Report printing from server processes. 
This fix also fixes bug 3017049 - Direct print doesn't work with JasperReports.
There is unfortunately some duplication of code that would look nicer with
inheritance but that can be next step, now at least it works and this is a crucial
function for organizations that use Jasper Reports for invoices etc.

upgrade to Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0) JDBC Drivers downloaded from http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/htdocs/jdbc_112010.html
ojdbc6.jar (2,111,220 bytes) - Classes for use with JDK 1.6. It contains the JDBC driver classes except classes for NLS support in Oracle Object and Collection types.

usrdno a50e471830 BF 2973169 - Jasper documents always prints on system default printer. 
Now documents are printed on the printer selected in Adempiere or the printer
specified on the print format (as it works with the old reports).

Fix build failed introduced in rev. 8521
Reason: I used org.apache.commons.collections.keyvalue.MultiKey class which is in commons-collections API but not included in C/STools.jar, just in JasperReportsTools.jar
Action: now C/STools.jar include commons-collections-3.1.jar. I removed from JasperReportsTools.jar
