* IDEMPIERE-5567 Support of UUID as Key (FHCA-4195)

- The process Create Window from Table is broken because it doesn't find the tab UUID (out of trx)

* - simplify code

* - remove warning

* - change for a better approach using transaction

* - implement better approach suggested by Heng Sin
