IDEMPIERE-369 Master Detail layout improvements. 1) Revert the new checked toolbar button effect as it cause the toolbar to flick. 2) Change the navigation button from green to blue and to follow common UI convention. 3) Change dashboard widget title bar from dark gray to dark blue.
